It is located northeast of the city's market square and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The building, which is also a listed building, borders on Breite Strasse 7 to the south .
Architecture and history
The core of the two-storey half - timbered house dates from around 1700. A shop facade on the ground floor that was built around 1880 and decorated with decorative columns is remarkable.
In 1987 restoration work on the building was completed.
