Britta Schmeling (born July 15, 1965 in Bremerhaven ) is a German actress .

Life

Britta Schmeling attended the drama school in Kiel from 1986 to 1987 after graduating from high school . From 1987 to 1990 she was a drama student at the Fritz Kirchhoff Drama School in Berlin . In 1996 she also completed a Hollywood Actors Workshop in Los Angeles , USA .

Her career on German television began in the late 1980s. Schmeling took on several continuous series lead roles, recurring episode roles and guest roles.

Her first television appearance was Britta Schmeling in 1989 in the film are the best years still under the direction of Kai Borschemich .
