Bruno Pinheiro , full name Bruno Filipe Tavares Pinheiro (born August 21, 1987 in Paranhos ) is a Portuguese football player .
Career
society
Bruno Pinheiro learned to play football in the youth team of Boavista Porto in Boavista , a district of Porto . It was here that he signed his first professional contract in 2006. For the club he completed 38 games in the first division, the Primeira Liga . The 2006-2007 season he was loaned to GD Ribeirão , a club that played in the third division, the Segunda Divisão Portuguesa. In July 2009 he left Portugal and moved to Cyprus , where he signed a contract with first division club Aris Limassol . After 26 games for Limassol, he went to Poland in 2010 . Here he signed a contract with Widzew Łódź . The club from Łódź played in the highest league, the Ekstraklasa . He played 38 times for Łódź in the first division. In 2012 he went back to Portugal. Here he joined the first division club Gil Vicente FC from Barcelos . After the Hinserie in 2012, he moved to Israel in early 2013 . Here Maccabi Netanja signed him. The club from Netanya played in the First League, the Ligat ha'Al . By the end of 2013, he had completed 14 games for the club. At the beginning of 2014 he moved to Greece , where he played 14 times in the second half of the season for Niki Volos FC . In August 2014, the Indian club FC Goa signed him for four months. He returned to Greece in 2015. Here he joined Apollon Smyrnis from the capital Athens . After half a year he moved back to Israel, where he played for the first division club Hapoel Haifa . In Haifa he played 55 games in the Ligat ha'Al. He joined his former club Goa in 2017. He played for the Indians until the end of 2018. For the 2019 season he moved to Thailand , where he signed a contract with the second division Army United from Bangkok . For the Army, he completed 30 second division games in 2019. After the club announced in late 2019 that the club was withdrawing from the league, they moved to Hong Kong in 2020 , where he joined Lee Man FC . The club plays in the first division, the Hong Kong Premier League .
National team
Bruno Pinheiro played three times for the Portuguese U19 national team from 2005 to 2006 . He wore the U20 jersey six times from 2006 to 2007 . For the U21 he was on the field once in 2008. In 2010 he played once for the U23 .
