Bruno Todeschini (born September 19, 1962 in Neuchâtel NE , Switzerland ) is a Swiss actor .

biography

Bruno Todeschini studied acting at the École supérieure d'art dramatique in Geneva and from 1986 played theater at the Théâtre des Amandiers in Nanterre , a suburb of Paris . In the same year he played a small role in Robert Hossein's drama Le caviar rouge . He was seen internationally for the first time in the 1992 thriller Die Wache, directed by Arnaud Desplechin , as William alongside Emmanuel Salinger and Emmanuelle Devos . For his portrayal of terminally ill Thomas in Patrice Chéreau's drama His brother Todeschini was both for the French film award César in 2004 as Best Actor and for the European Film Award as Best Actor nomination.

Todeschini is married to the French actress Sophie Broustal , with whom he has had a child since 2006.
