The Bureau of Industry and Security ( BIS, about Bureau of Industry and Security ) is a partial authority of the Department of Commerce of the United States , which with high technology is concerned and national security.
The main task of the BIS is to ensure the national security of the United States at various levels. For this purpose, she controls u. a. the export of sensitive goods such as B. Weapons of Mass Destruction and Dual Use Goods .
