Burgbernheim Bahnhof is a former district of the town of Burgbernheim in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia . In the meantime, the place in the Äußere Bahnhofstrasse in the district of Burgbernheim has risen.

geography

The former village, the current settlement, is located on the northern edge of the Frankenhöhe . The slope rises to the southwest and northwest of it. In the southwest lies the Burgbernheim city forest. In the north-west rise the Himmelfahrtsberg ( 432  m above sea level ) and the Schönberg ( 422  m above sea level ). The Sulzbach rises near the settlement, a right tributary of the Ens .

The district road AN 7 / NEA 52 leads past the Erlach settlement to Hornau (3 km south) or to Burgbernheim (1 km northeast).

Burgbernheim train station was built around 1865. A small settlement came into being fairly quickly.
