Erlmühle was a district of the town of Burgbernheim in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia . The place became deserted in the 1960 / 70s .

geography

The wasteland was on the Erlbach, a left tributary of the Ens . The Hochbacher Weinberg rises around 500 meters to the northwest and the Hirschbuck ( 357  m above sea level ) around one kilometer northeast . The place was on a community road between Hochbach and Burgbernheim.

history

Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth , the Erlmühle was given house number 200 in the town of Burgbernheim.

As part of the community edict, the Erlmühle was assigned to the Burgbernheim tax district formed in 1811 . She also belonged to the municipality of Burgbernheim , which was formed in 1813 .
