The Burgstall Schlossbichl , also known as Penzberg Castle , describes an abandoned high medieval hilltop castle at 600  m above sea level. NHN in spur location in the “Schlossbichl” corridor area immediately west-northwest of the municipal hospital of Penzberg in the Weilheim-Schongau district in Bavaria .

Nothing has been preserved from the former castle complex , probably a small, fortified wood and earth structure. Today, the site is registered as a ground monument D-1-8234-0010 "Castle Stables of the High Middle Ages ('Schlossbichl')" by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation .
