The men's CEV Cup 2017/18 began with the first round on November 21, 2017 and ended with the finals on April 3 and 10, 2018. VK Lokomotiv-Belogorje emerged as the winner .

The draw for 24 teams took place on June 14, 2017. Four of them faced losers in the second round of the Champions League in the first round . The four winners entered the second round of the CEV Cup with 20 seeded teams and the losers from the third Champions League round. The 16 winners reached the round of 16 and from there it went on to the finals in a knockout system . All rounds were played back and forth.
