Call It Karma was a post-hardcore / screamo band from Royal Oak , Michigan , formed in 2009 . In 2012 the group announced it was going to break up.
history
The group was formed in 2009 in Royal Oak by the musicians Sean Neumann ( vocals , also on This Romantic Tragedy ), Dennis Tuohey ( guitar ), Johnny Norander ( synthesizer , screaming ), Ross Chatman (guitar), Matt Hoffman ( bass ) and Eric Carne ( drums ) launched.
Call It Karma released their debut EP Oblivion's at Hand in the year it was founded, which has sold around 2,000 times to date. After the group toured the midwest of the country, the musicians returned to the studio and released their follow-up EP Good Morning, Insomnia a year later .
The group has been touring the United States since then . Call It Karma played on July 8, 2011 on the Detroit Local Stage as part of the Vans Warped Tour in Detroit . In August 2011, the group toured together with The Paramedic and Crown The Empire through Ohio , Indiana , Kentucky , Tennessee , South Carolina , Virginia , New Jersey , Pennsylvania , New York , Michigan and Illinois .
A tour with Too Late the Hero in October 2011 had to be canceled after the first concerts.
