The 2013 Caoxijiu Suzhou Ladies Open was a hard court tennis tournament for women in Suzhou , People's Republic of China . It was part of the 2013 WTA Challenger Series as a Challenger category tournament . The tournament took place from August 2 to 10, 2013 and was held for the second time in 2013.

In 2013 the tournament was endowed with 125,000 US dollars for the first time, and the singles and doubles winners received 160 world ranking points.

The winner in the singles was the third seeded Shahar Peer , the pairing Tímea Babos / Michaëlla Krajicek won the doubles .
