The OEC Taipei WTA Ladies Open 2013 was a women's tennis tournament in Taipei as part of the 2013 WTA Challenger Series . The second edition of the tournament, which was introduced in 2012, took place from November 2 to 10, 2013.

The defending champions were the French Kristina Mladenovic in the singles and the Taiwanese Chan Hao-ching and Kristina Mladenovic in the doubles .

At the OEC Taipei WTA Ladies Open 2013 the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round.
