“A film adaptation of a stage play by Marivaux, set in Haiti at the beginning of the 19th century: six children, whose parents were murdered during the slave uprisings, are placed in the care of a teacher who, following the teachings of Rousseau, educates them to be natural people in complete isolation. When they are to be introduced to the guests at a party, rape and murder occur. The experiment fails bloody. "
