Ron Williams (born February 2, 1942 in Oakland , California ), composer name (GEMA): Ronald Lee Williams-Clarke , is an American actor , voice actor , singer and presenter .

Act

Williams attended Oakland Technical High School in Oakland, California until 1960. He completed his training as a military policeman in the state of Georgia . He then served as the only African American in his MP unit at Fort Belvoir , Virginia. In 1961 he came to Stuttgart as GI , where he was retrained as a radio announcer and print journalist. When Soldatensender American Forces Network in Germany he became the first African-American news anchor. Williams also wrote for the US military newspaper Stars and Stripes and for Overseas Weekly .
