Carl Manner

Carl Manner (born July 18, 1929 in Vienna ; † April 19, 2017 there ) was an Austrian entrepreneur . He was chairman of the supervisory board of Josef Manner & Comp. AG , a Viennese confectionery factory.

Life

Carl Manner graduated from the Realgymnasium in Hernals (17th district of Vienna ) with distinction in 1947 . In 1952 he received his doctorate in mathematics and physics from the University of Vienna and joined the family business in 1953. The power of attorney was Carl Manner 1959, the board of the company, he was appointed the 1970th From 1997 to 2012 he was director of the board, after which he remained chairman of the supervisory board. His main interests have always been finance and accounting.

Carl Manner led the company of the same name in the third generation. He was on the company's board of directors for 38 years.
