Work description
After Perrin dealt with installation-like works, a sculptural creative phase began in 1984 . By contouring the volume, she drew forms in the space by placing the supporting structures that limit the void under tension. With the beginning of the 1990s she devoted herself more to wall works. Towards 2005 she created permeable sculptures from brick cross-sections and fish traps, in which rigid material becomes malleable, flexible and twisted.
Perrin has been active in public spaces since the late 1980s and participates in urban development projects in collaboration with architects . Works were created
- with Georges Descombes : CH 91 . La voie suisse, itinéraire genevois (1991) in Brunnen SZ ,
- in the garden of the Credit Suisse school in Zurich (1991),
- with Herman Hertzberger for the administration building Centraal Beheer (1995),
- with the architects Pizzera & Poletti for the courtyard of the Swiss Bank Corporation in Lausanne (1996),
