In 2008, together with Patrick Bebelaar , she worked on Bach's Art of Fugue from a jazz perspective. A composition commission from the State Music Council of North Rhine-Westphalia in 2009 was the starting point for the foundation of her own big band Thoneline , with which she performed at the Traumzeit Festival in 2010 and at other festivals since 2011. The CD Panta Rhei , which was presented with the large formation, was presented as CD of the week on NDR . At the Women in Jazz Festival in Halle in 2014 she presented the world jazz octet Eurasians Unity for the first time , which musically operates in the spectrum between jazz, the Balkans and the Middle East and was awarded the main Ruth Prize at the TFF Rudolstadt in 2015 . Together with Christina Fuchs, she has led the large-format Fuchsthone Orchestra since 2019 , which received good reviews due to its unusual soundscapes.
