Carsten Fuß

Carsten Fuß (born January 27, 1961 in Duisburg ) is a German journalist , reporter and moderator .

Carsten Fuß studied German and sports at the Universities of Duisburg and Munich . After graduating, he went to the University of Naples as a lecturer for German in 1987 . It was there that he began his TV career with Italian television. In 1991 he went back to Munich . There he initially worked for Bayerischer Rundfunk and Tele 5, mainly as a sports reporter. Since 1993 he has been active as a commentator and moderator for DSF . He commented on the 1994 UEFA Cup final between Casino Salzburg and Inter Milan . In 1999 he switched to Premiere (now Sky Germany ). In the 2006/07 season he was also active for Arena , which sold its rights to the Bundesliga as a sub-license to Premiere at the beginning of the 2007/08 season. Among other things, Fuß is also active for the ProSiebenSat.1 Group . On the channels Sat.1 and Kabel eins he comments on live games and summaries of games in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League . The Bundesliga conference he moderated was awarded the German Television Prize in 2003. In August 1999 he founded Füssen Media GmbH, of which he is the managing director. The GmbH produces films and contributions for various television stations. Since 2016 he has been commenting on Serie A, Bundesliga and Champions League for DAZN .

His wife Daniela Fuß (* 1969) also worked as a reporter and journalist in 2009 . They have a son and a daughter together.
