Cauly Oliveira Souza (born September 15, 1995 in Porto Seguro ) is a Brazilian football player . He is under contract in Bulgaria with Ludogorez Razgrad .
Career
Cauly Oliveira Souza grew up in his native city of Porto Seguro and followed his mother to Heimerzheim not far from Bonn in the mid-2000s . In his youth he played for Rot-Weiß Dünstekoven and for 1. FC Köln . With the Cologne A-Juniors he won the DFB-Junior-Vereinspokal 2012/13 . For the 2014/15 season he moved to the city rivals SC Fortuna Köln in the 3rd division ; he made his debut there on the 6th matchday. In the 0-1 defeat against VfL Osnabrück on August 26, 2014, he was substituted on in the 74th minute.
For the 2017/18 season , second division promoted MSV Duisburg signed him . After MSV's relegation to the third division , the midfielder's contract was terminated in spring 2019 after 59 competitive games in which he prepared twelve goals and seven more.
For the 2019/20 season, Oliveira Souza moved to the newly promoted Bundesliga SC Paderborn 07 , with whom he received a contract until June 30, 2021. For this he completed 13 games in the top German league (two goals) and two in the DFB Cup .
During the winter break, the Brazilian moved to the Bulgarian champions Ludogorez Razgrad .
