Titular diocese of Cellae in Proconsulari
Cellae in Proconsulari ( Italian : Celle di Proconsolare ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishopric in the Roman province of Africa proconsularis in what is now northern Tunisia , which belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Carthage .
