Changan Ford Automobile is an automobile manufacturer from the People's Republic of China .

Company history

The company was founded at the end of 2012. The Chongqing Changan Automobile Company and Ford each hold 50%. The seat is in Chongqing . It is one of the two successor companies to Changan Ford Mazda Automobile while the other is Changan Mazda Automobile . The production of automobiles continued. Ford, Lincoln and Volvo cars are manufactured .

The following Ford models are or have been manufactured in China: EcoSport , Edge , Escape , Escort , Explorer , Fiesta , Focus , Kuga , Mondeo , S-MAX and Taurus . Lincoln models have also been built in China since 2020. The models Corsair , Nautilus and Aviator should be mentioned .

Also to be mentioned are: Volvo S40 , S60 , S80 , S90 , XC40 , XC60 and XC Classic .

It is not certain whether all of these models are or have been assembled at Changan Ford Automobile.
