Charlottendorf Ost is a district of the Wardenburg community in the Oldenburg district in Lower Saxony . The place was named after Sophie Charlotte von Oldenburg (1879–1964).
Geography and transport links
Charlottendorf Ost is located southwest of the core area of Wardenburg between the Lethe flowing to the west and the L 870 state road running to the east. It is east of Charlottendorf West .
The 185 ha large nature reserve Böseler Moor lies to the northwest and the 201-hectare nature reserve Sager sea, sand and small Heumoor southwest.
The A 29 runs to the east and flows the Hunte .
