Chhaimale ( Nepali छैमले ) is a former Village Development Committee (VDC) in Nepal in the Kathmandu district .

The VDC Chhaimale is 14 km south-southwest of the capital Kathmandu west of the Batmati River in the extreme southwest of the district. At the end of 2014, Chhaimale was incorporated into the newly founded city of Dakshinkali .

Residents

At the 2011 census, the VDC Chhaimale had 4216 inhabitants (1977 male) in 968 households.
