2013 Chinese Team Chess Championship
The 2013 Chinese Chess Team Championship (official name: 2013 Yicheng Cup Chinese Chess League Division A ) was the ninth edition of this competition. The champions were Tianjin Nankai University , while the defending champion Shanghai Jianqiao University had to be content with third place. Had risen from the Division B Hubei Energy and Qinhuangdao Evening News . Both newcomers had to relegate immediately. mode
The twelve teams competed in a double round-robin tournament . The number of team points (two points for a win, one point for a draw, no point for a defeat), then the number of board points (one point for a win, half a point for a draw, no point) decided the placements for defeat).
Dates and venues
The competitions took place from April 30th to May 3rd, June 11th to 13th, August 3rd to 5th, October 10th to 13th, November 11th to 14th and December 21st to 24th. All competitions were centralized, namely the first four rounds and the last four rounds in Tianjin , rounds 5 to 7 in Weifang , rounds 8 to 10 in Wuxi , rounds 11 to 14 in Qingdao and rounds 15 to 18 in Shijiazhuang .
Season course
Both in the title fight and in the relegation battle, the decisions were only made in the last round. The Tianjin Nankai University went as the leader in the final round and claimed the lead through a draw against Shanghai Jianqiao University who had defended the title with a victory. While the Qinhuangdao Evening News was already relegated two rounds before the end, Hubei Energy only fell behind Hebei Sports Lottery in the last round .
