Chinese team championship in chess 2019

The Chinese team championship in chess 2019 was the 15th edition of this competition. The champion was the defending champion Shanghai Mobil China . Risen from Division B were Jiangsu and Chongqing Jiulongpo Yucai . While both newly promoted teams were relegated , Zhihui Sports chess team of Tianjin and Hangzhou Hongda team had to relegate.

mode

The twelve teams competed in a double round-robin tournament . The number of team points (two points for a win, one point for a draw, no point for a defeat), then the number of board points (one point for a win, half a point for a draw, no point) decided the placements for defeat).

Dates and venues

The competitions took place from April 9th ​​to 12th, May 7th to 9th, July 24th to 27th, August 20th to 23rd, November 21st to 23rd and December 4th to 7th. The first four rounds were played in Shenyang , rounds 5 to 7 in Hainan , rounds 8 to 11 in Jinhua , rounds 12 to 15 in Jiaxing , and rounds 16 to 18 in Tianjin .

Season course

While Hangzhou's relegation was determined ahead of time, the decision on the title and the second relegated was only made in the last round.
