Chris Henchy (* 23. March 1964 in New York City , New York as Christopher Thomas Henchy ) is an American screenwriter , film producer and executive producer .

life and career

Chris Henchy was born in New York City in March 1964 . He began his career in 1995 as a screenwriter for the short-lived comedy series Campus Cops - Dumber couldn't be more . This was followed by scripts for the television series Carol won't let go from 1997 to 2002 ! and Chaos City . Together with Marco Pennette he designed in 2003 for the transmitter ABC , the sitcom I'm with Her , in Henchy also the post of executive producers took over. For the second season of Entourage , he wrote two scripts with Doug Ellin and served as executive producer. He then stayed with HBO and has been involved in the Eastbound & Down series since 2009 . In 2009 he wrote the screenplay for the adventure comedy Die Almost Forgotten World together with Dennis McNicholas and produced the comedy The Goods with Adam McKay and Will Ferrell . Another collaboration with McKay and Ferrell followed in the Comedy Central series Big Lake (2010) and in the films The Somewhat Different Cops , The Virginity Hit (both 2010), The Agony of Choice (2012) and Hansel and Gretel: Witches Hunters (2013).

Chris Henchy has been married to actress Brooke Shields since April 2001 and has two children with her (* 2003 and * 2006).
