Chris Tsangarides

Chris Tsangarides (born August 17, 1956 - January 7, 2018 ) was a British music producer , sound engineer and mixer. He was particularly known for his work with well-known heavy metal bands such as Judas Priest , Helloween , Black Sabbath , Thin Lizzy and Anvil . Tsangarides has also worked with many pop artists such as Depeche Mode , Tom Jones and Concrete Blonde .

Tsangarides began his career as a sound engineer at Morgan Studios (later Battery Studios) in London, where he co-produced the Judas Priest album Sad Wings of Destiny .

In 2006 he opened his own studio Ecology Room Studios in Kent , England .

In June 2007 he went to the studio with the British band LunarMile, whose members include Toni-Marie Iommi (daughter of Black Sabbath member Tony Iommi ) and Alex Hill (son of Judas Priest member Ian Hill).
