Chrystyna Petriwna Stuj ( Ukrainian Христина Петрівна Стуй , English transcription Khrystyna Stuy ; born February 3, 1988 in Uhryniw , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian sprinter .

Athletic career

At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 , she was eliminated in the 4 x 100 meter relay with the Ukrainian team in advance.

In 2011 she was fifth over 60 m at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Paris . At the European team championships she reached first place with the relay. At the World Championships in Daegu , she was seventh over 200 m and won bronze with the Ukrainian relay in the 4 x 100 meter relay.

At the European Championships in 2012 in Helsinki, Stuj won the silver medal in the 200-meter run. At the Olympic Games , which took place shortly afterwards in London, she reached the semi-finals. With the Ukrainian relay she won the bronze medal with a new national record.

In 2014 she won the silver medal at the European Championships in Zurich as a member of the 4 x 400 meter relay . In 2016 she qualified over 100 meters for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , from which she was eliminated in the preliminary round.

Chrystyna Stuj is studying at the State College of Physical Education in Lviv .
