Claudio Giuliodori (born January 7, 1958 in Osimo ) is ecclesiastical assessor and general chaplain of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore .

Life

The Archbishop of Ancona-Numana, Carlo Maccari , ordained him a priest on April 16, 1983 . He was incardinated on September 30, 1986 in the clergy of the Archdiocese of Ancona-Osimo .

Benedict XVI. appointed him on February 22, 2007 Bishop of Macerata-Tolentino-Recanati-Cingoli-Treia . The episcopal ordination received his Cardinal Vicar Camillo Ruini on 31 March that year; Co- consecrators were Angelo Bagnasco , Archbishop of Genoa , Giuseppe Betori , General Secretary of the Italian Bishops' Conference , Luigi Conti , Archbishop of Fermo , and Edoardo Menichelli , Archbishop of Ancona-Osimo. As a motto he chose Gratia et Veritas . The Pope appointed him on 26 February 2013 as the ecclesiastical assessor and General Chaplain of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, the largest non-state university in Europe.
