The Communauté d'agglomération Béziers Méditerranée is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the Hérault department in the Occitania region . It was founded on December 26, 2001 and comprises 17 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in the city of Béziers .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, four municipalities of the dissolved Communauté de communes du Pays de Thongue joined the local community association.
