Conspiracy (Engl. For: Conspiracy ) is the debut album of the US rap group Junior MAFIA around the rapper The Notorious BIG It was released on August 29, 1995 on the Big Beat Records label.

The Notorious BIG worked with Lance Rivera and Craig Kallman as executive producer on the album. He also produced the song Realms of Junior MAFIA with Clark Kent, the latter also producing the instrumentals for Player's Anthem , I Need You Tonight and Crazaay . The beats for the songs Lyrical Wizardry and Murder Onze were created by Akshun and Daddy-O produced the track Backstabbers and, in collaboration with Understanding, the piece White Chalk . One production each comes from Ez Elpee ( Get Money ) and Special Ed ( Oh My Lord ). The skits Excuse Me , I've Been… and Shot! as well as the intro and outro were produced by Lance Rivera.
Cover design
The album cover shows the nine members of Junior MAFIA at the time, elegantly dressed in front of a house with pillars. At the top and bottom of the picture, on a black background, is Junior MAFIA in white and Conspiracy in red.

In addition to the artists of Junior MAFIA, the American R&B singer Jimmy Cozier is represented on the song Backstabbers . Jacob York can also be heard in the outro .

Conspiracy reached number 8 in the US album charts and stayed in the top 200 for 31 weeks. In addition, the album was awarded a gold record at the end of 1995 for over 500,000 copies sold .
Singles
The released singles were also commercially successful. Player's Anthem ranked 13th in the US and received a gold record for more than 500,000 sales. The single version of I Need You Tonight , ranked 66th in the UK, featured R&B singer Aaliyah . The most successful was the third single Get Money , which reached number 17 in the USA and was awarded a platinum record there for more than one million units sold .
