Attractions

Csongrád is a very "green" city: almost every street is an avenue with some very old and tall trees. In the Tari László Múzeum you can see an exhibition about the life and work of lowland farmers. There is an Art Nouveau high school .

Csongrád has a year-round thermal spa , a recreation area at the Körös estuary and an old arm of the Tisza, which is ideal for fishing.
