Cumbernauld and Kilsyth is a constituency for the Scottish Parliament . It was introduced in 1999 as one of ten constituencies in the electoral region of Central Scotland and has remained unchanged since then. Cumbernauld and Kilsyth is one of five constituencies within the North Lanarkshire Council Area . The eponymous cities of Cumbernauld and Kilsyth are the largest cities within its borders. The constituency sends a representative.
