Döbrichau is a hamlet-like small settlement with four farmsteads. It forms a district of the city of Dornburg-Camburg in the Saale-Holzland district in Thuringia . The farms are located about one kilometer northeast of Zöthen, close to the state border with Saxony-Anhalt .

history

The hamlet was first mentioned in documents in 1350. The oldest surviving directory of the town's inhabitants goes back to the first third of the 15th century.

From 1922 to 1939 Döbrichau belonged to the Camburg district department .

On July 1, 1950 Döbrichau was incorporated into Zöthen.
