D'Accord, the classical music festival (formerly Dinkelsbühl Classix Festival ) is an international chamber music festival that has existed since 2014.

In addition to the design of special concert programs by top international young musicians, the foundation of the festival is the promotion of young musicians through chamber music courses and interpretation workshops and the cultivation of musical culture in rural areas. Venues are u. a. Dinkelsbühl , Ansbach , Rothenburg odT , Leutershausen , Rednitzhembach , Crailsheim , Plochingen , guest concerts can be found u. a. in Munich , Würzburg or Augsburg . There are cooperation concerts with the Schönberger Musiksommer and the Nonnenwerther Inselkonzerten.

The festival was founded in 2014 as the Dinkelsbühl Classix Festival by violinist Martina Trumpp and guitarist and pedagogue Erich Schneider in cooperation with the Dinkelsbühl vocational school for music . Since the radius of action expanded beyond Dinkelsbühl , the classical music festival has been held under the name D'Accord since 2015 .

In 2014 and 2015, the festival was under the patronage of the Bavarian Minister of Education, Ludwig Spaenle . The 2016 patronage was Oliver Jörg , Member of the State Parliament. In 2017 and 2018, Richard Bartsch , District President of Middle Franconia, was the patron.

Since its inception, the festival has been supported by the Bavarian Culture Fund and the project funding from the Bavarian Ministry of Culture , the Middle Franconia district , the Weik Foundation. There was also funding from the Oscar and Vera Ritter Foundation and the Erwin Fricke Foundation.

The activities of D'Accord, the classical music festival, are supported by the non-profit association Förderverein Klassikfestival e. V. worn.

Martina Trumpp is the artistic and administrative director, Eugen Trumpp and Bohumir Stehlik are the directors.
