The steam railcars had the B'2 ' wheel arrangement, so one pair of axles was driven by connecting rods . The boiler was transverse, the gross operating weight was 28 tons. Stephenson regulator and brakes could be operated from both ends. The vehicle had 67 seats on two levels, with the second car class on the lower level and the third car class on both the lower and upper levels.
