Dan Anders Roland Magnusson (born September 20, 1955 ) is a Swedish drummer . He comes from Åmål in the province of Västra Götalands län . He and his partner Eva Jeanette Jansson run the Strandcaféet right on the banks of the Vänern .

Magnusson recently achieved international fame primarily through his collaboration with Seasick Steve . But even before that, he had been a fixture in folk rock , blues , country music , rock and indie rock for decades . For example, he played as a sideman with T-Model Ford , George Buford , KT Tunstall , Janne Schaffer , Pugh Rogefeldt , Stefan Sundström , Wishful Thinking , Eli Reed , Pernilla Andersson , Robert Wells , Björn J: son Lindh , Dan Berglund , John Paul Jones , Marie Bergman , Eddie Meduza , Tomas Ledin and Robert Plant .
