Danah , bourgeois Danah Heiser (* 1978 ), is a German singer and guitarist who became known as a solo artist in 2001 through the title song Forever and Ever for the TV series Samt und Silk . She is also the front singer and guitarist of the country band Rebel Bunch .

Danah Heiser initially received classical guitar and piano training , and later singing lessons from Anneliese Hofmann de Boer in Munich. She gained her first stage experience as a singer at the age of 19 in the context of live performances by the honky-tonk band in Munich.

In 2001 she sang the velvet-and-silk theme song Forever and Ever produced by Michael Hofmann de Boer , which replaced the original theme song Crash And Burn by the band Savage Garden from the second season . In 2002 and 2003 she sang the presentation songs for BMW at the International Motor Show and in 2007 the promotional song for the Federal Association of German Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks .

As a background singer and chorus singer, she worked for productions by Michael Hofmann de Boer, Paul Vincent , Michael Schanze and Ralph Siegel . For Siegel she also worked as a vocal coach for other artists. As a producer and composer , she worked with the Norwegian singer Cecilia . She can be heard on Roman Bichler's (Lennart / Spif Anderson) albums Friendly Fire , Seti and Toni Jo Henry with lead and background vocals . She can be heard as a singer and guitarist on the Stefan Brinkmann / Phase III production nach | t | set to music, and also as a background singer on the Phase III song Im Nebel .

She lives and works in Munich . As a singing teacher , she ran the former branch of the Modern Music School there from November 2005 .
