Daniel Bohl (born June 9, 1994 in Homburg ) is a German football player . The central midfielder is under contract with Chemnitzer FC .

Career

After his youth positions at SpVgg Einöd-Ingweiler and 1. FC Saarbrücken , he switched to the youth team of 1. FSV Mainz 05 in 2010 . He made his debut in the club's second team in July 2013. In the promotion games for the 3rd league in 2013/14 against TSG Neustrelitz , he played over 90 minutes in both games. In the first leg in Neustrelitz he scored the 2-0 final score for the second team of the FSV in the 67th minute. With the 3-1 win in the second leg, he and his team rose to the 3rd division. By the summer of 2017, he had played 119 competitive games for the Mainz reserve.

For the 2017/18 season, Bohl moved to Halleschen FC in the 3rd division. Without playing in the first half of the third division 2018/19 season , the midfielder terminated his contract with Halle in January 2019 and switched to promoted Energie Cottbus , which he left in the summer after relegation to the Regionalliga Nordost.

On August 9, 2019, after a short period of non-membership, Bohl switched to Chemnitzer FC , who had been promoted to the 3rd division and had already signed his former Cottbus teammate Marcelo Freitas .
