Joannis Karsanidis or Ioannis Karsanidis ( Greek Ιωάννης Καρσανίδης , born June 25, 1993 in Nuremberg ) is a German-Greek football player . It is mostly used in the central midfield.

Career

After his youth stations DTV Diespeck , SpVgg Greuther Fürth , SV Memmelsdorf and Würzburger FV , Joannis Karsanidis rose to the first team of the Würzburger FV in 2012. On April 7, 2012 he made his debut in the 4-2 win at TSV 1860 Rosenheim when he was substituted on in the 88th minute. Due to the restructuring of the Regionalliga Karsanidis and his team qualified for the promotion round to the Regionalliga Bayern. There they met SpVgg Selbitz in the first round and advanced to the next round with a 3-0 away win and a 3-1 home win. There you had to admit defeat to SV Heimstetten due to the away goals rule in the final accounts with 2: 2. For the 2013/14 season Joannis Karsanidis left the Würzburger FV in the direction of the city rivals Würzburger Kickers , which were playing in the Bavarian Regional League at the time . He made his debut for the new team on July 17, 2013 in the 4-2 defeat against the second team from FC Bayern Munich . He came on in the 68th minute for Christopher Bieber . Karsanidis was able to celebrate his first goal in the game against Viktoria Aschaffenburg on May 9, 2014, when he scored the 1-0 lead in the 17th minute.
