Daniel Koppelkamm

Daniel Koppelkamm (born December 14, 1959 in Saarbrücken ) is a German cameraman .

Life

In 1978, Koppelkamm graduated from a technical college for design and photo technology. From 1981 to 1983 he completed an apprenticeship at the State Technical School for Optics and Photo Technology . Until 1992 he worked as an assistant and steadicam operator for cameramen such as Wolfgang Dickmann, Xaver Schwarzenberger , Jürgen Jürges , Klaus Deubel, Gernod Roll and Raoul Coutard . Since then he has been working as a freelance cameraman. After initially shooting for television series, he made his début as a cameraman in 1995 with the three-part television film Das Schwein with Götz George in the lead role.
