Danilo Pantić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Данило Пантић ; born October 26, 1996 in Ruma , former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian football player who is currently on loan from FC Chelsea to FK Partizan Belgrade .
Career
Club career
Danilo Pantić began his professional career in 2013 at Partizan Belgrade , for which he had already played in his youth. He signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with the club and played a total of 18 games until 2015, scoring three goals. He made his career debut on May 26, 2013 in the game against FK Spartak Subotica , when he came on for Vladimir Volkov in the 70th minute .
In July 2015, Danilo Pantić signed a contract with Chelsea but was loaned directly to Vitesse Arnhem in the Dutch Eredivisie . On July 30th he had his first appearance for Vitesse in the 3-0 defeat against Southampton FC in the qualifying tournament for the Europa League . Towards the end of the season, Pantić was suspended from the club.
On August 12, 2016 Danilo Pantić was awarded by Chelsea FC to Excelsior Rotterdam . Five days later he played his first game for Rotterdam in a 1-1 draw against Willem II Tilburg .
National team
Danilo Pantić played in the Serbian U-17 national team from 2012 to 2013 . He made his first appearance on September 27, 2012 in a 4-0 win against Moldova as part of the qualification for the U-17 European Championship 2013 in Slovakia .
From 2013 to 2015 Pantić played for the U-19 national team . He scored his first two goals on October 10, 2014 in the first 20 minutes in a 4-0 win against San Marino as part of qualifying for the 2015 U-19 European Championship in Greece . In the 1-0 win against Armenia two days later, Pantić was team captain for the first time.
