The girls' boarding school - Nobody will hear your screams is a German psychological thriller that was produced by RTL for television in 2000 . The film, also known under the two titles Dead Island: School's Out 2 and Isle of Fear , is a sequel to the film Scream - Because I Will Kill You! from 1999.

After unsuccessful therapy, the traumatized Nina has been in a private sanatorium on a small island off the coast of Brittany for six weeks, at the request of her parents . She is treated there together with five other girls, all of whom come from difficult backgrounds, and shares her room with the silent Janine.
The sanatorium, which was once a nunnery, is closely related to a. the legend that every 10 years on Walpurgis Night it is haunted by the evil spirit of an abbess . Exactly one day before Walpurgis Night, a state doctor visits the sanatorium because the leading professor's alternative therapy methods are viewed critically by experts. Together with the doctor, Nina's boyfriend also crosses over to the island to be with his girlfriend.
On the same day, a masked figure disguised as a nun appears, who is initially only seen by Janine. Later in the afternoon, Cora discovers a small grave and is then attacked by the nun. While trying to escape from her, Cora dies and is the obvious prelude to a gruesome series of murders. After the murderer in a nun's costume has finally been unmasked and the riddle of his motive has been solved, there are again persecutions and attacks in which the murderer is killed.

After the first broadcast on RTL on February 28, 2001, the film was released as School's Out 2 - The Island of Fear on DVD. A 2-DVD edition has also been released that contains both parts.
