Band history

Lang and Mösch met in 1990 at the short-lived punk band EndArt in Aue , which was blessed with local failures . A short time later the hobby musicians lost sight of each other in order to try their luck in different parts of the world. Torsten and Sterni remained in casual contact and began in 1995, after they had returned from West Africa and Switzerland , to play songs together to texts from the Ore Mountains.

The initially presented small program of idiosyncratic interpretations of folk songs and songs that were written or covered and "refined" with Ore Mountains texts was initially intended as an insert for various parties and garden parties, but in the following years it developed more and more into a panopticon of current life in the Ore Mountains Suffering. The bizarre-droll to tragically-comical heroes of their songs (Neubert-Kurt, Annl, Klaus-Günther, Gerhard, Nguyen Van Hu, Ludmilla Huralova, IM Max) did not really fit into the ideal world of the homely and folk-stupid hit , But it was precisely because of this that they were heard by many people from the region, including many exiled Ore Mountains, to which Lang and Mösch themselves belong.

In 2003, the first official studio CD was released, "Es ist mich nischt ah" (BTM), which for the first time helped the cripple pines to attract national attention. In 2003 they met two young musicians with whom they played together from then on and who decisively expanded the musical spectrum of the quartet : The Vogtlander Tobias Horn ( bass , vocals ) and Stefan Heppner ( drums , percussion , vocals) from Raschau brought new life joined the band and soon contributed songs to the band themselves.

“De Singel” (2004; self-published ) was the first CD to be released with the new line-up.

In addition to various radio and TV appearances, the band also worked with the First Chemnitzer Cabaret (program “Death knows no Da Capo” 2004/05).

Stefan Mösch has lived in Berlin since 1999. In 2005 he successfully completed his history studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin . Tobias Horn lives in Schwarzenberg after studying folklore and cultural history at Jena University . He is a qualified elementary teacher (kindergarten teacher). As a part-time job, he works as a music teacher at integrative institutions . Stefan Heppner teaches English and history in Bavaria and lives in Hof . Thomas Karl controls special construction and civil engineering equipment, and is involved in the Zwickau area for up-and-coming bands.

With the song line Anton Günther "Is Feierobnd, is Tochwark is accomplished." In autumn 2013 the musicians announced the end of the band project "Krippelkiefern". On December 25, 2013, the last concert took place in the sold-out Kulturhaus in Schlema.
