Der Todesengel (alternative title: Angel of Death - fuck or die ) is a German sexploitation film by director Andreas Bethmann from 1998 with porn actress Manila May in the leading role. Depending on the version, the film, shot between 86 and 161 minutes with amateur actors, contains more or less pornographic content depending on the version .

The two brutal pimps Angelo and Mike run a brothel in a disused factory, but urgently need new, "unspent" women to satisfy their own sadistic desires, as well as for prostitution . By chance one day they discover the busty model Manila, who has just come to a rest with her golf on a forest path. They offer their help to the woman, but soon turn out to be unscrupulous sadists who rape her and then leave her unconscious and half-dead because, in their opinion, she is unsuitable as a prostitute.
Humiliated, disturbed Manila mobilized her last reserves of strength after this event and dragged herself home, but from then on she suffers from terrible agony and massive nightmares. As a result of their abuse, their attitudes towards sexuality and towards men in general also change. She no longer succeeds in enjoying sex with men; only when she dismembered a casual male acquaintance does she experience sexual satisfaction. At this point, she vows to take revenge on the men. She also notices that she is more attracted to women.
A friend of Manila, who has separated from her life partner, answers a contact ad in a second parallel storyline and falls into the clutches of the well-known pimp duo. She is soon subjected to the chastisement and humiliation of Domina Angel, who ultimately tortures her to death.
After she disposed of the corpse of a previously killed lady in love, Manila accidentally locates her two tormentors on the outskirts. Meanwhile, the unsuspecting criminals talk derogatory about a mysterious series of murders that force their society ladies to die. The armed Manila finally arrives at a spacious factory site, the presumed location of the sex criminals, where she is soon caught and overwhelmed. Martyrdom follows. A policeman trying to save victims of abuse in Manila breaks into the building over-motivated. Pimp Angelo can clear up the situation and ultimately thwart the liberation. The police officer is killed. Subsequently, Manila can free itself. Vengeful she then kills one of her tormentors.
When the stunned Mike finds his dead companion, he in turn opens the hunt for Manila. This can meanwhile bring down Domina Angel. In the end there is a showdown. Mike and Manila shoot each other in the abdomen, causing both of them to collapse, collapse on top of each other, and freeze in sixty-nine .

Even the amateur actors do quite well for a production of this size, but one cannot conclude from this that they are already ripe for a role in a daily soap or even more demanding tasks. "
