The German ATSB Football Championship 1929 was the tenth from the Workers' Gymnastics and Sports Association oriented German championship in football . The winner was Laurel 06 Hamburg .
Mode and participants
The champions of the 17 ATSB circles determined the participants in the final round at national level in four regional finals. Except for the southern German regional championship, the game was played in the knockout system .

In southern Germany, the five district champions carried out a simple round of points, from which it is known that SC Böckingen won 2-0 at 1. FC Dachau and lost 3-5 in Weiden and 3-4 at home to Ludwigshafen. The FTSV Weiden and the SC Böckingen occupied the front two places with the same number of points, which necessitated a play-off.
