The German ATSB soccer championship in 1931 was the twelfth German championship in soccer organized by the Arbeiter-Turn- und Sportbund . The winner was Laurel 06 Hamburg .

The champions of the 17 ATSB circles determined the participants in the final round at national level in four regional finals. Except for the southern German regional championship, the game was played in the knockout system .
