The 2009/10 season was the tenth season of the German Sledge Ice Hockey League . The season started on September 13, 2009 and ended on April 11, 2010. The Ice Lions Langenhagen won the German championship again . The Kamen Barbarians and Wiehl Penguins completed the top three. The Heidelberg Ice Knights lost all of their ten season games.

The six participating teams played the season in the league system . Each team played a total of ten times and thus twice against each other team. The season consisted of 30 games in total. There were three points for a win. In the event of a tie, a penalty shoot-out followed . The winner of the penalty shootout received two points and the losing team received one point.
