The 2011/12 season was the 12th season of the German Sledge Ice Hockey League . The season started on October 1, 2011 and ended on May 5, 2012. The Ice Lions Langenhagen won the German championship again . The Wiehl Penguins and SG Bremer Pirates / Adendorf completed the top three.

Attendees

The Hamburg Bulldogs moved from Hamburg to Adendorf, where they form the sledge ice hockey department of the Adendorfer EC . As a syndicate with the Bremen Pirates , they continue to participate in DSL gaming operations.

mode

The six participating teams played the season in the league system . Each team played a total of ten times and thus twice against each other team. The season consisted of 30 games in total. There were three points for a win. In the event of a tie, a penalty shoot-out followed . The winner of the penalty shootout received two points and the losing team received one point.
