Diane Willems
Diane Willems (born April 18, 1985 in Eupen , Belgium ) is a German - Belgian actress .
Life
Diane Willems was born in Eupen in 1985 as the daughter of Michaela and Norbert Willems. At the age of five she moved to Aachen , where she grew up and later graduated from high school. At the age of eleven, she decided to take up acting. Five years later she got the female lead in the film The Year of the First Kisses .
After graduating from high school, she starred in 2006 in the film Das Glück at the other end of the world alongside Maja Maranow and Heiner Lauterbach . In 2003 she took acting lessons from Vladimir Matuchin . From 2004 to 2005 she received acting lessons from Susanne Storck and in 2005 took part in a workshop in Los Angeles .
From January 2011 to September 2014 she was seen as Dana Wolf in the ARD soap Verbotene Liebe .
She lives in Berlin with her two children (a first son was born in 2009) .
